to beat depression. For instance, if one of the
items that makes you unhappy is that you don't have the right
education, take a small step by starting to look online for some
great degree programs. If one of your problem areas is that you
are having issues with a friend, call that friend and ask to sit
down to talk.
If you are able to begin to take
these small steps, you'll find that the larger steps are even
easier to take. After that, you can begin to solve your problems,
one by one, and you should be able to beat depression
