If so, then it may be best to stay away from them for a while. Or, at least, limit the amount of time you invest watching them. Dealing with anxiety is tough enough. Process #5 - Discover the root of you anxiety. When you isolate the origin of your anxiety, you can take steps towards dealing with anxiety.
